OFS had worked with Magna International on their Troy Headquarters for years earning their business and more importantly their trust as a valuable resource. OFS worked together with Magna to determine which private office and workstation typicals best suited them. Mock-up workstations and offices were used to allow Magna Seating employees to evaluate the proposed products. Seating evaluations were also done to make sure that employees were getting products that worked best for them. The OFS design team also met with a core group of Magna employees over several months to review ancillary furniture and finishes. The time that OFS took programming the space with Magna prior to the furniture order created a work environment that will serve Magna’s Seating Division and their culture for years to come.
