Project Details

When United Shore decided to relocate it’s 4,700 person headquarters to Pontiac, finding a furniture dealership they could partner with was a crucial part of their project. Employees who are referred to as team members are at the center of their corporate culture. The amenities provided in this new headquarters includes; a full service café, 1,000 person auditorium, grocery store, complete gymnasium including an indoor basketball court, Starbucks café, doctors office and much much more. OFS brought interior design + graphics resources along with 20 various manufactures of furniture products to complete this state-of-the-art facility within 45 days. Our project management approach included running various shifts to accommodate the aggressive construction schedule allowing us to deliver completed spaces so that sub trades could continue work and United Shore employees could occupy the finished spaces.
