By expanding through professional design and installation services, we’ve established our niche in the marketplace. We are also proud to provide a full line of new product solutions, which has resulted in exponential growth for OFS.

Our founding principles of providing effective space utilization, contract support services and value-based products still rings true today. Our partnerships with manufacturers and project vendors allow OFS to offer an exclusive, customized experience that continues to retain customers through their own expansions, moves and remodels.


CHILDRENS HOSPITAL OF MICHIGAN FOUNDATION ►The Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation supports pediatric research, education, community benefit programs, and other initiatives that improve the health of children in Michigan.

BRILLIANT DETROIT ►In 2015 Brilliant Detroit was created to provide a radically new approach to kindergarten readiness in neighborhoods. The idea was to create a unique delivery model in our approach to early childhood development by using underutilized housing stock to create early child and family centers in neighborhoods.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY ►Habitat for Humanity is an international, non-profit, Christian-based organization whose mission is to provide low-income families with decent, affordable housing in which they can raise their families. OFS donates office furniture to Habitat for Humanity Detroit ReStores to benefit and further their mission of building affordable housing.
